Filming briefing ~ 1

Looking back when we first got the camera out of the box and began our filming, no one in my group knew what to expect. To be honest, we thought that we underestimated how much work had to be put into filming.
However, from the start of filming, we realised how much the lighting had to be focused on. it was hard for us because we was filming in a dark cellar and had to show the actors face somehow, and emphasise how dark the surroundings was at the same time. to overcome this we put a light slightly behind the chair the actor (grace) was sitting on. We also had a small light next to her, but higher up. On the tape, we think this light looks like a light hanging slightly over graces face, which is helpful for us to see her face.
This first attempt of filming was like a practice, however we did get some filming done. Even though we realised that more angles had to be shot, this would make the opening more effective. This session took us over 2 hours.
